Michael was born in Selma, Alabama on August 12, 1954 to William and Juanita Turner.
A visitation for Mike will be held on Sunday, June 27, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Roselawn Funeral Home, 741 Danville Rd. Decatur, Alabama 35601. His Celebration of Life will begin at 2:00 pm at Roselawn Funeral Home chapel with Rayford Milligan officiating.
Mike is survived by his wife Geri, their children; Traci(Tony), Brad, Randy(Kim), Geranda(Brody), Jaymee(Bria). His grandchildren; Ty, Simon, Mary-Holland, Maddie, Abel, Riven, Mia, and Peyton. His brother; David Turner and Sister Lynn(Kenny) Dunn, and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents William and Juanita Turner.
He was raised in Birmingham, AL and graduated from Huffman High School in 1973. He played baseball at Gulf Coast Community College. He had a love for baseball, and Alabama football. He cherished his wife, family, and enjoyed spending his free time with his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
