He went into the family trade of carpentry and construction, where his love of wood working began. He married the love of his life in the spring of ’81. They spent the next 43 years loving each other and raising their sons and daughter. In 1990, Gary surrendered his life to the Lord. He had a great passion for telling others about Jesus, even taking it all the way to India. He had the privilege of leading many people to Christ. He was a gifted artist who excelled at photography, wood carving and painting, especially water colors. Other hobbies were fishing, bowling and hunting. The accomplishment he was most proud of was his family. His grandsons were an answered prayer and his pride and joy. He is truly loved and will be missed greatly.
