Shannon Marie Casey

Shannon Marie Casey passed away unexpectedly on January 8th, 2024. Shannon was born January 15, 1984 in Huber Heights, Ohio. She graduated from Bellbrook High School in 2002, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in graphic and web design. She was an avid Ohio State University and Cleveland Browns football fan. She had her own web design business and worked for a medical billing company, as well as being a surgery scheduler for a neurosurgeon. She was very creative and loved making gifts for friends and family.

Shannon was the most caring and giving person, going to great lengths to help others, putting herself last. She always had a smile on her face and was never one to complain. She had an abundance of friends who referred to her as “Shananigans”, and family who loved her deeply. She will be greatly missed.

Shannon is survived by her parents Janet and Mike Casey, brothers Shaun and Darren, nephews Wyatt, Mason, Bentley, Landyn, Brayden, boyfriend and his daughter, Aleiah. She is survived by a host of cousins and aunts and uncles and her 2 beloved dogs Dakota and Dymond.

A public viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 16th 11:30-12:30 followed immediately by a private family service at Tobias Funeral home, 5471 Far Hills, Kettering, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, a GoFundMe page has been set up.
