HOUCK, Ronald G., age 84 of Beavercreek, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents Andrew and Florence Houck, sister Marlene Briggs, and brother Nelson Houck. Ronald is survived by his sons Ronald Houck II, Richard Houck and Randolph Houck, daughter Desiree Pratt, 6 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. Ronald had been an electrical engineer for General Dynamics, IBM, and various Dayton contractors. He was the owner of The Wharf in Beavercreek since 1981. He was also a cabinet maker, and writer, and an actor, having appeared in greater than 30 theatre productions and television commercials. The family will receive friends at the Tobias Funeral Home – Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton – Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. on Sunday, January 13, 2019 from 1 pm to 3 pm.
