Our hearts go out to you and your family.  We met you and Mitch many years ago when our girls began dancing. I loved seeing Mitch run  in a tutu when we held the "tutu trot". 
We are very sorry for your loss. Mitch we be missed.

My heart really hurts for you guys...my deepest condolences for this difficult loss. I miss seeing you all so often like we did when all of us kids were young and we had all our play date adventures. My mom called me a few days ago to tell me the news and we were reminiscing about all the memories both in Westerville and Reynoldsburg (and even on the family vacations to Disney and the beach) of the legendary Mr. Mitch. I’ll never forget the Mitch bucket dumps (or whatever we used to call them) when he’d dump massive buckets of water on our heads when we were washing all the chlorine and sunscreen off from our pool days. He was an awesome dude and he made everything so much fun. Lisa, Ellie, Brock, and Carly: you’re all in my thoughts and prayers. I love and miss you guys. 

Words cannot express our sadness for the loss of our Mitch.  He was truly an amazing boss to all 5 of us ladies in the Treasurer's office.  
We will miss his daily stories, pictures and videos of Brock, Ellie and Carley's accomplishments as well as Lisa's amazing nightly dinners.
We will miss hearing about his fishing stories at 1:00am at Caesar’s Creek.  
Our office will miss not only a great coworker, but a friend who was truly one of a kind!

Condolences to Mitch's family and friends. I met Mitch many years ago at Antioch Mc Gregor when we were college students on the weekends!  There was a group of six that hung together and supported each other through a very grueling  schedule.   May God watch over Mitch in his journey of eternal life.
  

Mitch was always such an inspiration and he seemed to have that natural ability to bring out the best in everyone.
He was a true blessing and will be missed.

Our thoughts are with the Biederman family in this time of loss. What I loved about Mitch was that he always was someone who would ask how things were going and knew about how our kids were racing and competing- he was a true fan! He loved following our kids and supporting all of our programs here at CHS and he has passed that passion along to his kids. A true gentleman, he will be missed...

I still remember the day when I first met Mitch. Out for my daily run at Blacklick Woods in Reynoldsburg OH. I was approaching a man who appeared to be struggling a bit. Easing up I started a conversation. I then recognized his face from the local Elementary School news letter which I also volunteered for. By the end of the last three miles, he was yakking it up and out stepping me. Over next few years we ran together pretty often. Myself working nights he would often adjust his schedule to join me for my morning run before I went home and off to bed. It is always funny to think back on how many times I would pull him along on daily training runs, only for him to crush me at a local road race! In 2009 Mitch and his family moved to Centerville, that December I finally got a BQ.  A big part of that success was having him by my side.  Rest In Peace my friend and strength to the Biederman family.

Such a dear family, Lisa my heart breaks for you and your beautiful children.  Such a devastating loss, I sat and cried for you all when I heard the news. My deepest condolences dear friend. I will always remember you Mitch, your smiling face and open heart and easy going nature. Our trip to Yellow Springs, and our dinner outings as we caught a break from kids for some adult conversation and laughs . Blessings and comforting prayers Biederman family, may you feel Gods Love embrace you in your time of sorrow.

  I was in shock of hearing of Mitch's sudden passing.  We all know he was way TOO YOUNG for this to happen.   The pain of your loss and your grief are felt by MANY.  I pray that the Almighty will bless and comfort you and your family through these very difficult times.  I will always remember the great conversations we had together and the stories we shared.

Mr. Mitch Biederman was and always will be known as a very special person.  He would always talk to you and brighten your day.
He was always encouraging.  He is special to me because of how he gave me some very kind and accurate advice when I needed it.  I want the Biederman family to know they are in our prayers.

I was so saddened when I received the news of Mitch's recent passing.  While at Reynoldsburg City Schools, Mitch participated in our mentor program at Herbert Mills Elementary, helping students learn to read.  Although he had an extremely busy schedule, Mitch always found the time for his students.  Each week he walked through the classroom door with endless energy that transferred to all of those present, including myself.  Mitch touched so many lives and I will always remember the way  he lived each day to the fullest!   I am so sorry for your loss!    Please know you are all in my prayers!

Mitch always made your day better.  He was never negative and always saw the positive side in every situation. His passion for his children and love of sports led to some long conversations that I will cherish forerver. He was an awesome colleague and a great supporter of athletics. He touched so many lives. You will be missed. 

Welcoming, happiness, kindness, love and joy...making “cherry pies” for campfires using bread and jam...running the Mickey marathon when it was COLD outside...helping you move and then you helping us move...walking into our new house after a six year gap, picking up as though it was yesterday...our lives are richer because of you Mitch.  You will be missed in this world.  May Jesus and his angels welcome you in heaven. ❤️
