Martha D Warner Smith

Smith, Martha D. (Warner), passed away on June 28, 2014 at Hospice of Dayton on Wilmington Ave. She was born on July 13, 1924 in Hamilton, Ohio. She was preceded in death by parents Logan Thomas Warner and Isabell Delina (Durbin). Her sisters Leonora K. Duggins (Warner), Mrs. Mildred Condy (Warner) and brothers Ambrose and James Warner; also a daughter passed away May 2nd, Mrs. Leonora K. Phillips/Seim and a grandson Scott D. Hill. She is survived by her two daughters Mrs. David L. Hill (Linda) Gilbert, AR. and Mrs. Bruce BeBee (Lana) of Huber Heights, OH.; 6 grandchildren Eric Hill, Mrs. Dan Roth (Jelane), Mrs. Brent Fruhwirth (Vonda), Ms. Alice BeBee, Mrs. Mike Puckett (Yvonne) and Mr. John Phillips; she has 9 great grandchildren, Hunter Hill, Trent and Logan Fruhwirth and Chelsea Hauptstueck, Stephanie, Jake, Nora, Jordan, Abigail Campbell and great great grandchild Cale Edward Allen; several nieces and nephews and a very close and dear friend Mrs. Bernie Draper. She was employed by Master and Electric Company for 18 years and also an employee of NCR for 11 years. She enjoyed working in her garden and tending her flower beds. She was an avid reader of books and had a collection of Louis L’Amour books, a favorite author. She was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church since about 1955. She will be missed by one and all. The family will receive friends from 12:30- 1:30 PM Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd.
