BAIR, Judy Lynn, age 62, passed away peacefully February 21, 2022 at Hospice of Dayton, with her husband Dale by her side. She was born in Watertown, NY to her parents Charles and Shirley Cobb, on January 22, 1960, a birthday she shared with her father. She was a faithful member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
Judy received her Associate’s Degree at Kettering College of Medical Arts and returned to school later for a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Andrew's University, an alma mater and degree shared by her son. During her career she achieved certifications for Oncology Certified Nurse and Certified Breast Care Nurse. A passionate RN, Judy spent the majority of her career working in the field of oncology, navigating her patients through treatments or enrolling them in research studies.
In her leisure time, she enjoyed relaxing at home, reading, visiting with family and traveling.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 43 years, Robin Dale Bair. High school sweethearts and best friends, they were partners in everything. She is also survived by her son Matthew Randall-Bair (Duncan), her parents Charles and Shirley Cobb, her siblings Sue Lovett (Clifford), Lori Hicks, and Michael Cobb (Mary Kay). She held a special place in her heart for her many nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the Centerville Seventh-Day Adventist Church with Pastor Bill Hrovat officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
