Manuela Villanueva

Manuela was born in Bais, Philippines to Antonio Teves Montesa and Francisca Paalan Pis-an on September 14, 1947. She married Alejandrino Villanueva on April 18, 1970, in Bais, Philippines. She graduated from Silliman university. She worked as a Nurse for Cleveland Clinic Hospital for 12 years. She received the Yoda Award among others throughout the years and even appeared in the newspaper.

Manuela is preceded in death by her husband, Alejandrino.

Manuela is survived by her children Daniel, Nickolo, Kathleen, and Tracy. And their grandchildren, Kiana, Noah, Giselle, Trestan, Sydni, Lexi, and Makailee

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held 4pm to 9pm April 24th, 2025, date of gathering at 2401 S University Dr, Davie, FL 33324. Arrangements are by Fred Hunter.

The family of Daniel, Nick, Kathy, and Tracy wishes to extend our sincere thanks to everyone at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth Church.

A visitation for Manuela will be held Thursday, April 24, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home, 2401 S University Drive, Davie, FL 33324. A religious ceremony will occur Friday, April 25, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1401 Coral Ridge Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33071.
