All our dealings with Kysar Mechanical have been positive . Our first call was because we had a huge plumbing problem.  With Dave's sure guidance on overseeing the project, we became acquainted with the crew for new plumbing throughout, a new HVAC system and Kysar's  fine work standard from start to finish. Our next step was to enroll in the annual HVAC maintenance program. With this, Alan has been our guy.
  Alan loved visiting with Mike about Lind Ritzville athletics, especially football,  with their shared knowledge of the players, the years they played and how this interfaced with Davenport. He expressed genuine respect for strong ability, performance, maybe even remembering a certain play that made a difference,  and most of all for those who were simply nice people.
  We will always remember Alan for his cheerful manner, the joy he found in life. He was simply one of the  nice people.  With each visit we enjoyed him more.  We will miss Alan. Alan was such a friendly and kind guy who our family had grown accustomed to during our service checks. We are so sorry for your loss. Praying for peace and comfort.

We just got the newspaper today and are saddened and shocked by the news. Alan worked on our house a couple times a year. He was so very friendly and knowledgeable. 
Whenever he crossed paths with us, he always had a smile and a cheerful wave. 
Our prayers are with the family.

Alan was the guy who came to my house twice a year to service my HVAC system, and I always looked forward to his friendly face, and interesting conversation.

He had an interest in trains, and I have a bunch of train photos hanging in my house, which he always caught his attention.

When he told me he liked the television show "Hell on Wheels," which was about construction of the first transcontinental railroad, I took him to my office upstairs to show him my collection of 19th. Century photos of the construction.

I told him the back story on each photo, and pointed out the photos of some of the characters depicted in the show. I was happy to share that with him, and he enjoyed seeing the real-life photos of what was shown on television.

While he was only at my house twice a year, I used to see him regularly in Ritzville, and he was always good for a friendly wave.

I last saw him one morning in late May when I was out for a walk, and he was working at a house across from the hospital. We chatted briefly, unaware that would be our final conversation.

I will miss seeing him, and I extend my condolences to his family and friends. He left a lasting impression, and he will be missed.

Alan, I will always carry the memory of the late night locker room chats talking about the journey of life and everything that comes with it. I will especially have fond memories of the time we spent together on the ice.

You left a positive impact on my life and the life of so many others, the hockey community, and the world alike was a much better place having had someone as special as you being a part of it. 

You were such an amazing person, you're energy for life was infectious, your character was second to none. I will miss you bud, you were a great teammate and friend, my prayers go to your family and the many friends you have made. 

Alan, thank you for having been a part of my life. To your family, the impact Alan had on those around him was huge, my love, thoughts, and prayers go to you.

No words can describe what I truly feel.  Alan was an incredible person.  A legend of a man.  Truly a man you wanted as your friend. 
   I had an honor to play with him and against him and both were great experiences.  He brightened up the day no matter what side he was on. 
 Wise, funny and caring, he had it all down.  Proper example of a guy that is hard to come by these days.  
I'm glad and blessed that I  got to share some moments of my  live together with him.  He definitely made it better.  I'll always miss him.

Alan Kysar was a student at Davenport High School when I served as the superintendent.   He was one of those students that connected well with everone.  He was kind, honest, hardworking and always had a great smile.  He would always say hello to me if I was in the halls at the school and he would often ask how I was doing.  A few years after he graduated from high school, Alan began working for Kysar Mechanical and was assigned to stop by my house since we are on an annual service contract.  During each visit, Alan would ask how I was doing, how things were up at the school, how Mr. Prewitt and the teachers were doing, etc.  He would often share a great memory of his time in the Davenport School District and he was so much fun to listen to and to talk with.  
He always made me feel better about myself and I will miss him dearly.   My heart and prayers are with his amazing family,

Alan was a guy who cared for everyone and made everyone feel welcome. I got the pleasure of playing hockey with him and recently going to Vegas with him to play in a tournament. We shared some unforgettable memories and I’ll forever cherish them. He made a huge impact on the hockey community. Rest easy, Alan. You will always hold a place in our hearts! Snipe some goals up there for us brother!

I was so heartbroken and saddened to hear about Alan's passing. I will always remember how upbeat and kind he was. I played hockey with and against him many times, and remember his smile well. He helped out countless times, never asking for anything in return. I came to learn this was just who he was.

Although I didn't know Alan well, I know how big of a loss this is for anyone who knew him. He had a positive impact on so many people. Sending prayers to all friends and family. We will miss you, Alan.

I will miss Alan as he was a wonderful young man.
I always looked forward to seeing him as my technician as he  took time to share stories with me and always new he cared about doing an excellent job.
He had such a kind heart and our last visit this spring shared a story about pickle ball and how it got started by a man that grew up in Davenport.
That really surprised me.
Alan I will miss you and send my prayers to the family and God be with you, Alan and your family.

Alan was the most amazing friend anyone could ask for. I loved him so much, and all of our times together were always so special to me. Nobody had a bigger heart than Alan - always helping everyone around him, and always trying to make people happy. He was the most amazing man - such a gentleman, so sweet and kind, so fun and full of life. He will be missed forever. I love you Alan.

I am so sorry for your loss.  I really liked Alan.  He was a wonderful person and service technician.
