Patricia Jean Ruby of Davenport, IA was born August 7, 1945 sadly passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021 under the care of the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society at the age of 76.
Pat enjoyed the simpler things that life had to offer. Whether it was drinking her morning coffee while finished a favorite jigsaw puzzle, navigating a word search while watching the news and Wheel of Fortune, or heading downtown to watch a parade and relaxing by the river.
Pat will forever be remembered for her supernatural ability to make anyone and everyone feel loved and at home. Though she didn’t have much, she never hesitated to give all that she had and more to someone who needed help, regardless if they were family or not.
Pat is survived by many friends and family who loved her beyond words, who will share storied of her love and generosity for years to come.
