Melina R. Leos

She was born at 12:22pm on November 21, 2023, at the University Of Iowa City Hospital.

Melina was the daughter of Brigette Leos and Paul Tabb.

She is survived by ten siblings, Sebastion, Richard, Liliana, Brian, Raychelle, Hendrix, Giovanni, Paul, Jaden, and Lyric.

Her paternal grandparents are Jackie and Vernon Tabb of East Moline, IL.; and maternal grandparents, Eva Hernandez and Esteban Leos.

She preceded in death, her maternal grandfather Esteban Leos

Melina gave us a lifetime of memories and love during her short time on earth. A beautiful baby girl who touched so many lives in such a brief time. We will always miss you and Love you very much.

We had a private ceremony on December 12, 2023 at 4:00pm.

We would like to thank all the doctors and nurses and everyone else that had a hand to help with Melina at the Iowa City hospital and the PICU at the Iowa city children’s hospital, for all they did for Melina. We would also like to thank the Ronald McDonald House too for their generosity. Everyone will forever have a special place in our hearts.
