Lois M Ehrmann, 89, of Davenport, died Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Trinity Pathway Hospice in Bettendorf. Funeral services will be 11:30 AM, Monday, November 21, 2011 at Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 9:00 – 11:30 am, prior to the service at the mortuary. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital.

Lois was born August 9, 1922 in Davenport.
She was united in marriage to Walter Ehrmann in 1945 in Davenport. He preceded her in death in 1991.
Lois worked as a secretary for the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds intermittently for over twenty-years. She loved crocheting and mall-walking. She also enjoyed traveling and playing organ music. She was a past member and past president of the Iowa State Police Auxiliary and local police auxiliary and also a member of the Daughters of the Nile. Recently she resided at Senior Star. She was sunshine ambassador and known as Miss Kitty. A special note to Polly Parkenfarkle from Peoria.
Those left to honor her memory include her children: Michael R. (Bette) Texas; Margaret “Margy” (Michael) Hendren, Davenport; stepson, Walter (Anna) Ehrmann, Jr, California; Judy (AJ) McMurphy, Mississippi; 9 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; brother Ernest Baele, Mexico; and sister-in-law Joyce Ehrmann, Davenport.
Lois was preceded in death by her twin sister Lillian Baele.
