Cremation rites have been accorded. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 15th, at the Runge Mortuary. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 16th, at the mortuary. A small celebration of life will follow services. Kathryn was born April 20, 1961 to Charles & Mary Andrews. On August 14, 1986 she was united in marriage to James Allen in Davenport, IA. She worked for many years as an office manager at Continental Fire Adjusters.

Kathryn was loving and kind. She enjoyed cooking, collecting Ina Garten & Jacques Pepin cook books, spending time with loved ones, and watching various BBC mysteries.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, James Allen; her two children, Amber Allen & David Allen; her brother, Michael (Jana) Andrews; grandson, Bodhi Allen; aunts, Linda (Steve) Morrison & Donna Mitsdarffer; nephews, Ian Andrews & Alex Lucas; and cousins, Jeanie (Scott) Hines & Joe Comstock.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles & Mary Andrews; step-mother, Chantal; brother, Mark; and aunts, Brenda & Phyllis.
