Doug Page, 60, of Davenport passed away Saturday, September 8, 2012 at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf, following an extended battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held at 4 pm on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at First Presbyterian Church, 1702 Iowa Street, Davenport. Visitation will be from 4-7 pm Wednesday at the Runge Mortuary. Mr. Page was born September 26, 1951 in Spring Valley, Illinois, a son of Duane and Henrietta Page. On December 3, 1981 he married Suzanne “Sue” Schooley in Davenport.
He was employed for thirty years for the Scott County and State of Iowa Juvenile Court Systems, retiring in January, 2011.
He was a member of Davenport First Presbyterian Church. His hobbies included sports memorabilia and playing disc golf.
Survivors include his wife, Sue; two sons Adam (Anne) Page and Christopher Page; granddaughter Amelia Page; three brothers and three sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents.
