Diane was born in St. Louis, Missouri on July 6, 1955. She moved to Davenport, Iowa in 1992 with her family and resided there since. She was a Service Coordinator for 30 years for Patterson Dental in Davenport, Iowa and Chesterfield, Missouri. Diane is survived by her loving husband, Steve, and her daughter and son-in-law, Kay L. (Andrew) King, her grandson, Gannon, and son, Zachary. She is also remembered by her sister, Marsha (Kolley) Becker and brother, Kenneth Kolley.
Diane is most remembered as a feisty, free-spirited woman who loved to make people laugh. She loved camping, shopping, and spending time with her family.
A private, family memorial is planned in lieu of a funeral service. The Runge Mortuary assisted the family with arrangements.
If I could fly away
On a cloud so high
So happy and light
Free from strife
Down below so small
My heart singing
My spirit bright
I am going home
I am going home
(Original poem by Kay L. King)
