Charles Robert Lee

Charles “Chuck” R. Lee, 70 of Davenport, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at his home. Per his wishes cremation will take place. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2024 at Weerts Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Inurnment will follow at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials May be left to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. Online condolences may be expressed at www.weertsfh.com

Chuck was born on November 11, 1954 in Davenport, IA to Robert and Marielou (Cady) Lee. For 34 years Chuck worked for the City of Davenport as a Police Officer. Over the years, Chuck played lead guitar in various bands in the Quad Cities. He enjoyed collecting sports memorabilia; was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Green Bay Packers fan. Chuck also enjoyed traveling.

Survivors include his loving wife Barbara; son, Kirk (Amanda) Mueller; grandchildren, Madison and Liam Mueller; sister, Sandy (Ray) Vollmar; brother-in-law, Tom Houston; mother-in-law, Betty Houston, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents.
