Zwicker, Ronald William-74, of Halifax passed away on February 4, 2020 at Northwood Manor. Born in Halifax, but grew up in Hammonds Plains he was the son of the late, John and Rose (De Young) Zwicker. Ron was a talented and self-taught musician, he could play pretty much anything with strings but the guitar and harmonica were among his favorites. He was a lover of country music, but especially a fan of Johnny Cash. Ron was a gentle soul with a generous heart and would do anything for a friend. He is survived by his close friend, Sue Graves as well as Heather and his family on 10 Manor at Northwood. He was predeceased by his dearest friend, Madeline Murphy. Cremation has taken place and a service to honor Ron will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Nova Scotia SPCA.
