Rita L. Casey

She was born on July 12, 1937 in Danbury, CT, daughter of the late Francis and Margaret Natale. She graduated from Danbury High School in 1955. On August 31, 1956 she married Charles Casey in Danbury, CT.

A New Fairfield resident for the past 51 years, Rita worked for Barden Corp. and Fairfield Processing. She retired in 2006.

Rita is survived by her husband, Charlie, of New Fairfield; her daughter, Linda Adams, of Atlanta, GA; her sons Christopher Casey of New Fairfield and Kevin Casey and his wife, Jennifer, of New Milford; her grandchildren, David Appier of Seattle, WA and Trevor Appier of Altanta, GA. Also surviving are her siblings Marie Landolfi, Lucy Hrabcsak, and Ronald Natale.

Rita was predeceased by siblings, Sylvester Natale, Samuel Natale, Ralph Natale, Michael Natale, Henry Natale, Patricia Pannozzo, and Robert Natale.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am on Monday, Nov. 2, 2015 at Saint Edwards Church, 21 Brush Hill Rd. Burial will follow in Saint Peter Cemetery in Danbury.
