Mary C. Murphy

Mary was born in Danbury, daughter of the late Joseph and Teresa Barchi. She was predeceased by her husband Clarence J. Murphy. Mary was a homemaker devoted to her family and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her daughters, Mary T. Murphy and Patricia A. Murphy of Danbury and Irene R. Morrison and husband Allen of Milford. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Christopher Morrison and wife Amanda of Monroe, Patricia Rosati and husband Thomas of Milford and William Morrison and wife Sheri of Orange. Her great grandchildren are: Benjamin and Mary Murphy Morrison (born on Mary’s 100th birthday), Thomas, Matthew and William Rosati and Arity and Bridget Morrison. She was also predeceased by her brothers Charles, Joseph, Francis, John and William Barchi and sisters Rose Helgert, Emma Acquario and Angie Lendaro.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter Church on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery. Friends may call at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, on Friday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
