Growing up in Ledbetter where she met and later married Roman Natal on June 30th, 1969. While living abroad in Germany, she had her son Roman Anthony Natal. After her husband’s tour in the Army, they settled back down in Irving, Texas and had their daughter Sonja “Cookie” Johnson (Natal).
Yolanda is preceded in death by her husband Roman Natal, both her parents Cruse Tamayo and Mary Gamez, her brothers Albert Tamayo and Genaro Rosas Jr. and Michael Tamayo.
Yolanda is survived by her son, Roman Anthony Natal, her Daughter,
Sonja “Cookie” Johnson, her grandchildren, Francesca Natal, Michelle Quillen and Dustin Johnson, and her great-grandchildren Aiden, Zander, Khia, Savannah, Hunter, Maximus and Willa. Siblings Richard Tamayo, Cruse Tamayo Jr, Larry Tamayo, Michael Tamayo, Elaine Rosas, Mario Rosas, & Tina Sepulveda.
