Tommy was born on March 4, 1973 in Jacksonville, Arkansas, a son of his father: Elmer Cox and his mother: Margaret McBee.
He is preceded in death by his father: Elmer Cox.
He is survived by his mother: Margaret A. (husband James) Mashburn of Ward, Arkansas and also his brother, Richard Cox of Florida.
Cremation Rites will be accorded.
