Nicole Jacocks Hollingsworth, 37, born on April 19, 1980 in El Paso, TX, passed away January 14, 2018. She died peacefully surrounded by many members of her family. Nicole was raised in the Lakewood area of Dallas and attended Lakehill Preparatory. She was a very loving mother of two children, who were the center of her world. For several years, she owned and operated "Nicole’s Fresh-n-Local Farm Stop” for veterans at the VA Hospital. Veterans reported, “She brought a smile to everyone she interacted with, and the atrium will never feel the same.”
She was survived by her children, Jack, 9, and Liam, 6, her father David Jacocks, her mother Mary Fox and stepfather Joey Fox, brother Matthew, sisters Natalie, Tessa and Amber, fiancé Clint, and her 17 year-old dog Jackie.
The memorial will be held on January 18, 2018 form 6-8 pm at Sparkman-Crane Funeral Home, 10501 Garland Rd. Dallas, TX 75218.
