She was born on February 6, 1952 in Austin, TX to Flumencio and Maria Ramos. Rose grew up and graduated high school in Pflugerville, TX , a small town north of Austin. Rose will be fondly remembered as the quintessential mother to all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by both her parents, her infant brother, Flumencio Ramos, Jr., and her sister, Esther Ramos.
Rose is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Arthur Boyer, and their two daughters. Surviving family members include: Kellie and Preston Pendleton, Jennifer and Carlos Garcia, along with their children, Jackson, Madeline, and Emery; her brother, Angeles and his wife Sulema Ramos; sister Gladys Flores and husband Esau, sister Lucy Velasquez and husband Manuel, and many nieces and nephews.
Family to receive guests on Wednesday, June 17th at 6pm with Rosary at 7pm at Ted Dickey West Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. Mass will be held at 11am on Thursday, June 18th at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Plano, Texas.
