Rosario Lozada Torres, age 68, passed away on December 25, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. She was born on September 9, 1953 in Dallas, Texas to Felix and Guadalupe Lozada. Rosario was raised in La Bajada in West Dallas and attended/graduated from L.G. Pinkston High School in 1971.
She was a Patient Service Coordinator II at Texas Oncology where she worked for more than 13 years.
In her spare time Rosario enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed attending her grandchildren's soccer games and performances. She loved cooking and especially baking.
Her family and friends will always remember her as a selfless mother, sister and friend who was always willing to lend a helping hand. She was a very loving and kind person.
She is preceded in death by: Second husband, Pedro Torres and her parents, Felix and Guadalupe Lozada.
Survived by: Her first husband Jesus Vargas and their two children, Felicia (Ryan) and Sergio (Cynthia) and five grandchildren.
Rosario was a dedicated, loving mother and matriarch of her family who embodied the gifts of kindness, acceptance, compassion but most of all love.
