Robert ‘Bob’ C Fite was born July 9, 1933 in Saltillo, TX and passed away November 6, 2013. Bob was survived by his son, Bobby Fite & wife Kristen; constant companion, Peggy Simons and cousins: Laverne McCall, Lloyd Payne & Laqueta Wolford. Bob was passionate in life and displayed that early in life with boxing. He was a key contributor to the legendary era of the Dallas Golden Gloves. He also drove many years for Texas Studio Rentals. Visitation is Sunday, 2-4 p.m., November 10, 2013 at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 11, 2013 at Grove Hill Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
