Quincy Earl Jones Sr.

Quincy Earl Jones Sr. was born January 19, 1979 in Dallas, Texas to the parents of Michael Jones and Charlotte Gauthier Banks. He attended schools in the Richardson Independent School District and graduated from H. Grady Spruce High School in the Dallas Independent School District. Quincy was employed by the City of Dallas for 10 years in the Park & Recreation & Waste Management Departments.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Selena Calhoun, Don Calhoun, Herman Gauthier, and Ella Mae Jones; aunt, Beverly Smith Quincy’s mother-in-law, Sherly Gallon was called to glory on May 8, 2018.

Quincy leaves to cherish his memory, his loving, devoted wife, Jamie Jones; son, Quincy Earl Jones, Jr.; mother, Charlotte Gauthier Banks; father, Michael Jones; brother, Cody Clark; niece, Cali Clark; aunts and uncles; Glenda Williams, James Cochran, Shirley Cochran, Frederick Jones, Felicia Jones; and a host of cousins, family, friends and colleagues.

Open visitation will be 1 p.m.-9 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2018 at Singing Hills Funeral Home and Funeral Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Singing Hills Funeral Home-Chapel, 6221 University Hills Blvd., Dallas, TX 75241. Interment to follow at Restland Memorial Park, Dallas, TX.
