This is your son although we didn't see eye to eye on some issues my love for you never stopped you are the person who gave me life and I am forever grateful for that. I know the day when dad died I thought you would be weak and vulnerable I was wrong. I never gave you the credit you deserved by being strong and faithful and to continue on but you did. I am glad I was able to spend more time with you these last few weeks I wish there was more time but we are on God's time not our's I know you will be watching from above and looking down upon us but know this you shall live again an eternal life with God and until the day when I take my last breath of this life I hope to see you again in the kingdom of Heaven so until then no this is not goodbye it is until I see you again you and dad love you always Jo-Jo

You have my heartfelt sympathy.  Your Mom & I go way back... we started our friendship at Wm B. Travis Elementary.  Our childhood years were lived in the famous projects "Little Mexico Village".  Her & I lost touch when we went to different Junior High Schools, she attended TJ Rusk and I attended Alex W Spence.  Her & I connected back when we attended Crozier Tech High School, that was the best school ever!  She was a soft spoken woman, but nevertheless she spoke her mind...lol   Her & I had some good conversations, shared a lot of stuff, we both also married Joe's... Your Dad was easy going, had a good sense of humor.  Her work here on earth is done, now she is resting without pain.  This is not goodbye, for we will carry the memories until we meet again...   I added some old pics, I hope they come thru.
