Aunt Mary,

You will be missed.  You were always great to me and I remember all the times mom, dad and I spent at you homes when we traveled to Amarillo.  Also, thank you so much for recently helping me with my family history by providing me all the wonderful informaiton.

Mary and I had lots of fun talks about our Moms. They were sisters. We did alot of laughing. I will miss Mary very much.

Grandma Mary is and will always be so very special to us. She was always happy and greeted us with lots of hugs and kisses. Grandma always thought of us, and would always speak so highly of us. Grandma never forgot a holiday, Birthday, or any other special day. Grandma always had stories to tell and pictures to show of her loved ones. Grandma Mary was never selfish or hateful. Grandma Mary was always a sweet, loving, and caring person. I, Hannah Hurst, personally admire her for her strength, beauty, grace, and will power. Durring her fights with cancer, she never gave up. Never ever. Even when knowing cancer would take her life, she had a positive look on everything and anything she saw. She was, and will always be a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and many more. She's touched the hearts of everyone that she has met. We will love and miss her dearly. She will forever be in our thoughts, prayers, and hearts. We love you Grandma Mary, Thank you so much for everything you have taught us. Thank you for always being there. Thank you for all the love and support. Thank you for everything. We love you.

I love you Grandma, You will always be special to me

I remember all the family vacations that Aunt Mary and Uncle Doug would accompany us on. We would drive to Red River and stop in Amarillo to pick them up. We would always eat at the chicken place that the train would circle around and around the restaurant. Every time it passed, Dina would sound her train whistle and we  would laugh and be in "ahhh", like it was the first time we had seen the train. When they came down for Thanksgiving and Christmas we'd have so much joy in the house. We would laugh and laugh until it hurt, talking about some of the memories we shared.

 I felt like I could always talk to Aunt Mary and she wouldn't judge me. As a matter of fact, we both walked in step to the beat of "that different drummer". I will miss her kind smile and our talks. I love you Aunt Mary and will miss you so much!

I am saddened to learn the sad news my Aunt Mary has passed. I shall always have fond memories of her.
