Maria Del Carmen Macias, age 92, passed away on February 10, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. She was born on December 19, 1924 in China, Nuevo Leon to Francisco Rodriguez and Elisa Gonzalez. Maria Del Carmen was raised in Monte Morelos, Nuevo Leon. She married Benjamin Macias and raised three children. She worked as an embroiderer. In her spare time, Maria enjoyed being a member of Las Guadalupanas, Legion de Maria, Apostolado, Holy Communion Ministry, Holy Rosary Ministry, and visiting the sick ministry. Her family and friends will always remember her as a compassionate, caring, humble and loving. She is preceded in death by: Benjamin D. Macias, Spouse. Her parents: Francisco Rodriguez and Elisa Gonzalez Rodriguez. Brothers: Guadalupe Rodriguez, Antonio Rodriguez, Benigno Rodriguez. Sisters: Lencha Rodriguez, Isidra Rodriguez Elizondo. Grandchildren: Benjamin Macias III, Richard Macias and Diana Macias. Survived by: Sons: Benjamin D. Macias, Jr. Alfonso Macias, Gerardo Macias.
