Linda was born in Dallas, Texas on September 5, 1941, to Frank and Lula Mae Riggs.
She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Martin, 2 grandsons, Christopher Alan Baldwin and Jason Ray Baldwin and wife Becky, 2 great grandsons, Ryder Dale and Carter Joe Baldwin, Brother Duane Riggs of Buford, Georgia, Carl Riggs of Garland, Texas, Sisters Sharon Bumpus of Rowlett, Texas, Claudette Stamper of McKinney, Texas, Judy Smith of Rowlett, Texas, Brenda Riggs of Dallas, Texas and many nieces and nephews.
Linda was happily married to David White on May 28, 1966.
Linda enjoyed going to thrift stores, garage sales, going to eat Mexican food, and spending time with family and friends.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Lula Mae Riggs, husband David White, brother Frank Marion Riggs Jr., sister Mary Alice McDonald, sister Norma Fox, sister Betty Frazier, sister Bobby Holder, sister Marguerite Hughes, sister Karen Waxler and son-in-law Tracy Martin.
She will be missed dearly by all her family and friends.
