Leticia O'Quinn

Leticia, also known as “Leti” to her family and friends, was born on November 15, 1957 in Laredo, Texas to David and Olga Gaytan. Leti, at the age of 63, passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021. Leti is survived by three brothers, two sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews. She reunites in Heaven with her Husband, Reno O’Quinn; her Father and Mother, David and Olga Gaytan; her Sister, Guadalupe “Lupe” Olvera, and her Brother, José “Jerry” Gaytan.

Leti was not only a wife, sister, and friend, but she was also a very treasured Aunt (Tia) to her nieces and nephews. She made sure to share her love and time with her nieces and nephews. Her life remained a constant reminder of just how strong she truly was. She overcame obstacle after obstacle, and yet her determination, faith in God, and her fighting spirit remained. We all know where she is now, at last in Paradise.

May we find comfort in knowing she is no longer in any pain, and that she is surrounded and reunited by those that she has missed so dearly.

She is now in peace.

Now, as Leti would say, “It’s time to go Boogie Boogie!”

A graveside service for Leticia will be held Monday, July 19, 2021 at 12:30 PM at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, Texas 75220. Please come in the Main gate and follow the route number listed on the board after her last name to the gravesite.
