Joy Nan Odom, age 80, passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 in Greenville, Texas. She was born January 27, 1943 and was raised in Dallas, Texas. Joy loved going to church, playing card games and most of all making people happy. People will remember her for her being a loving and caring person.
Joy is preceded in death by father, G.W. Odom; mother, Alice F. Odom; sister, Patsy Wren; brother, Melvin Odom and brother-in-laws, Bill Weatherford and Ronnie Pettet. Left to cherish her memory is her twin sister, Carol Odom; younger sister, Glenda Weatherford; nephew, Mike and his family, Dom, Sky, Olivia; nieces, Elleen, Sheryl and her family, Tim, Nicole, Jason, April, Alana, Jaxson, Jeremy, Patrick and Sam.
A funeral service for Joy will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Top Rail Cowboy Church, 262 Horsemans Rd, Greenville, Texas 75401.
