Joshua "Joshy" Javier Gamez

Joshua was born on June 22, 1991, at Medical City of Dallas. He graduated from R.L.Turner High School in 2009.

He loved to goof around just like his favorite actor, Will Smith, which oddly enough he resembled. As a boy he was very active and loved the outdoors. He enjoyed skateboarding, surfing, bike riding but most of all making others laugh. His favorite teams were The Dallas Cowboys and The Chicago Bulls. He loved food. His favorite plates were wings, pizza and cucumbers.

Joshy was a hero to many but most of all to his younger brother Jacob, they were inseparable. He would lay his life down for him. He idolized his “Pop’s”, which is how he liked to call him. His bond with his mother was beautiful and unique. He had a big heart and loved his family!

Your prayers and all expression of love and sympathy are greatly appreciated. May Jehovah’s blessings of peace and love continue with you forever.

Remember your mercy, O Jehovah, and your loyal love, which you have always shown. Do not remember the sins of my youth and transgressions. Remember me according to your loyal love, for the sake of your goodness, O Jehovah.
