Jackie Doyle Smith

Jack was born November 10, 1935 in Payne Springs, Texas to Tom and Johnnie Smith. He graduated from Eustace High School in 1953 and served for the United States Marine Corp from 1956-1960. Jack worked for several glass and mirror companies, including working overseas. He later opened his own glass and mirror company in Coppell, Texas, “Northlake Glass & Mirror.” After working in the glass and mirror field for several years, he started his own lawn and acreage mowing business working around the Coppell and the surrounding area.

Jack’s interest included fishing, hunting and working in his garden, he loved the outdoors. Jack devoted much of his time to reading books by his favorite author, Louis L ‘Amour, often reading several books a week.

Jack was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Loretta, his parents, Tom & Johnnie Smith, sister, Marie Lunsford and husband Pete, brother, Tom Billy Smith and grandson, John Anderson.

Jack is survived by his daughter, Debbie Anderson and Husband Johnny, son, David Smith, grandson, Pattrick Tucker and wife Gwen, granddaughter, Taylor Smith, great-granddaughter, Erika Pullin, great-grandson, Talan Mowery, brothers, Jerrell Smith and wife Lila, Don Smith,Rex Smith and wife Nancy, Mike Smith and wife Lori, along with several nieces and nephews.
