Uncle Harold, you will be missed more than words can express! I've always seen you as just this gentle giant of a person. A tall, imposing figure but so far from imposing in nature. You were always so kind and gracious, and you and Aunt Viki were the best vacation hosts! While your presence will be missed by all those who love you and were touched by you in this lifetime, I trust you had a rowdy welcome from others that we've lost over the years when you passed over. Love and hugs to our Dallas family, and may the abundance of good memories provide you comfort as you process this loss.

Uncle Harold, you meant so much to me. I always loved visiting with you. You always went to great lengths to entertain us when we came there. You always knew what we would want to do. Taking dad, Brenda and I to the hugh swap meet was perfect. I was unable to be there for your funeral, but my heart was. I am thankful for getting to spend time with you in December. I love and miss you deeply.

Uncle Harold, I will miss you so very much!! You were my favorite Uncle! I looked up to you and you will never know how much I appreciate your guidance over the years. Losing my Mom so many years ago, you helped me know how proud of me she would be. I have so many memories of you, from our vacations to your house when I was little, to my vacations to visit as an adult. All the little things you would do to make them special. I will cherish them daily. I just wish everyone could have known your fun, goofy side the way your family did! I love you and I will help look after "your girls". Give Mom and Chris lots of love from me. I have to say, I'm jealous of the company you get to keep!

My condolence to the Todd family.

Harold and I met at TBarM tennis club. I soon discovered that he attended the arch rival of my high school, which led to much verbal abuse from each other depending on who won the  match. 
Although his golf swing was not PGA tour caliber, he loved to play. I happened to be playing with him when he made a hole-in-one: the most excited I ever say him.

Harold served his country; worked his way to success;  raised a family; and waged a valiant fight against cancer. He was a quiet person, and I am sure would prefer just being recognized as a good person. He was  and will be missed.

I was a recent addition to Harold's tennis group of wonderful players. I do not believe I ever won a game or set against him nor did I ever loose when playing with him.He was very competitive on the court and very kind and a friend off the court. I will miss him very much.

Harold was a man of few words, relatively private and closed-off. He however over 15 years of every Sunday morning tennis shared a great deal of his life, his loves, his compassion and wisdom. He never spoke ill of anyone even when it was well-deserved and he was always supportive of those in need. An every week conversation really tells a lot about a man. You hear what's on his mind despite himself, and it was always about his family. He had many good friends, and I was fortunate enough to be one. I am so glad Harold was in my life. It is truly hard to imagine a world without him. I know he will be terribly missed by his family and friends.

Deepest condolences to the family and friends during this most difficult time. There are no words  that can ease the pain of losing someone so beloved.  May you find comfort and peace in knowing that your loved one is in God's memory.  Psalms 116:15

Our sincere condolences Karilyn to you and your family. Harold was a true gentleman and a great guy whom I have enjoyed the pleasure of playing Tennis with during the past 15+ years. I will miss him as a true friend.
