Frank was born January 8, 1948 in Westphalia, TX to Frank and Dolores Perez. He was a very dedicated employee of Baylor and worked 37 years for the Baylor Hospital. He worked in the Truett Recovery Center. Frank passed away at Baylor Hospital February 9, 2015. Preceded in death by parents, Frank and Dolores Perez, grandmother, Margarita Flores and other family members including Guadalupe Benora, Joe Perez, Margaret Garza and Cynthia Anderson; survived by Alice Bolden, Mary and Gerald Sims, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Perez, Manuel and Brenda Perez, many nieces and nephews and a very close friend and caregiver Alberto P. Orozco.
