Elise Foerster

Elise A. Foerster, 86, of Dallas, TX died peacefully Thursday, September 15,2011 surrounded by members of her immediate family. She was born and spent her youth in Chicago, Illinois where she was particularly close to her sister Lorraine, brother Phillip and parents Frank and Eugenie Hutsebaut, each of whom were the subjects of many loving and amusing stories passed on to other family members. Elise is survived by her three daughters Jeane, Kathy, Laure and daughter-in-law Sandy and their families of Dallas including four grandchildren and five great grandchildren and close friend, faithful dog Rusty. Preceding her in death were husband Otto, son Richard, son Raymond who was lost in combat in Viet Nam, and grandchildren Randal and Ashley. Elise was an active member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church of Dallas and the Gold Star Mother's Organization honoring mothers who lost children in American wars. Memorial services will be held Monday September 19th at 11:00 AM at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, 1420 Old Gate Ln. in Dallas. Viewing will be held 2 hours prior to the service at St. Bernard's. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any Alzheimer's Association.
