In 1941, Elaine was born in Houston, Texas to Sidney and Raye Bromberg. Upon meeting the love of her life, Ronald Wolff, the pair soon married and moved to Dallas to begin their life together.
After focusing on her family, Elaine went back to college to attain her accounting degree. For the next two decades, Elaine worked in a profession she loved – proving it was never too late to do what you truly enjoy.
Elaine was a strong advocate of her heritage and incredibly proud to be a founding member of Temple Shalom Dallas. Elaine loved volunteering for Temple Shalom Sisterhood; working volunteer shifts at Traditions, the Temple Shalom gift store; and, of course, playing weekly mahjong with her lifelong friends.
Elaine and Ron were married for 60 wonderful years - enjoying global travels, schmoozing with friends, and raising their two children.
Elaine was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ron, and her daughter, Shawn, and her parents Sidney and Raye Bromberg. Elaine is survived by her son Blake Wolff, his wife Michele along with their two sons, Jared and Ethan. Elaine is also survived by her sister Barbara Glave and her daughter Karen; her sister-in-law Carol Tobias, her husband Larry and her son Brian Rieter. In lieu of flowers, please donate in loving memory of Elaine to the Temple Shalom Sisterhood at templeshalomdallas.org.
