Dot was born on July 27, 1929 in Galveston, Texas, a daughter of John Patrick Mullen and Ann Elizabeth LeDuc.
She had been a member of St. Rita Catholic Church since 1963, and prior to that a member of St. Monica parish.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands George Hofmann, Jr. in 1954 and Ray Fox in 2005; and grandson Chris Boyden.
She is survived by her six children: Peggy Brown (Jimmy); Pam Fox; Georgene Boyden (Ken); Jeanette Schortmann (Lance); John Fox (Mariann) and Tom Fox (Griselda).
She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren with one more on the way, as well as her sister Pat Watkins (Charles) of Boerne, Texas.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Rita Catholic Church, located at 12521 Inwood Road, Dallas, Texas 75244.
Father Michal Markiewicz will officiate.
Burial will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
