Daniel V Pedroza

Loving, DANIEL VILLA PEDROZA, 71, was called home by the Lord in his sleep in Dallas, Texas, on December 18, 2011. Born on January 7, 1940 in Eastland, TX to Gregorio Pedroza and Rosa David Pedroza. He had a longtime career of 30 years with Dresser Industries as a machinist. An avid union member, twice President of Local Steelworkers Union; always eager to help people and felt everyone should be treated equal. After retirement, he was employed by Steelworkers Union to represent city employees of Dallas, TX. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Pauline Ramirez Pedroza, daughter Arlene Pedroza-Gonzalez and husband Domingo Soni Gonzalez, daughter Glenda Salinas and husband Raul Salinas; 2 grandsons: Greg Pedroza and Matthew Gonzalez; 4 granddaughters: Brenda Salinas, Marissa Pedroza, Ashley Salinas and Alexis Salinas. Rosary will be at 6-8 pm, Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be at 11 pm, Thursday, December 22, 2011 at St. Augustine Catholic Church 1054 N. St. Augustine Dr., Dallas, TX 75217.
