She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Spivey, her parents, Russell and Irene Good, her brother, Roy, and her sister, Nona.
Barbara is survived by her loving children: daughter, Susan Leathers and husband Terry, son, Paul Spivey, and son Jeff Spivey and wife Stephanie; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Jon Good and wife Donna, brother, Richard Good and wife Mary Jane; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 20, 2014 at 12:00 P.M. at Grove Hill Funeral Home, and will be followed by Interment at Grove Hill Memorial Park. Following the funeral services, a family reception will be held at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Mesquite.
