He will always be remembered for his wonderful smile, and his ability to bring joy to those around him. The most precious thing in his life was his family, and he was very committed to his career as butcher, where he honed his ability and proudly called himself, “a meat artiste.”
Anthony was preceded in death by his father, Henry Alvarado; and his brother, Gilbert Alvarado.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 41 years, Carol Alvarado; son, Michael Corey Alvarado; daughter, Brandy Michelle Alvarado; granddaughter, Celeste; grandsons, Mikey and Jonathan; mother, Mary Alvarado; brother, Henry Alvarado; sister, Irene Alvarado; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday, February 26, 2017 from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M. at Grove Hill Funeral Home, and Graveside Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 27, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
