It’s been 2 years since you transitioned to be with our Heavenly Father. Your warm smile and your essence still permeates my heart. I miss our daily chats and your biblical counsel. I thank God that you were my friend. I miss you so very much and I shall never forget you. I ‘ll see you in the rapture.

Met Dr. Carter through the Florida State Primitive Baptist Convention.  She was visiting our Convention. A very warm and soft spoken lady.  My wife saw this beautiful Christian women and began taking pictures of her, which she has kept for years and shared with you. The service was beautiful for a beautiful person inside and outside. There are some who were like the "wind beneath my wings" during the early days of my Grammy Winning God's Property Choir! Ann Carter was definitely a person whose current of advise, professional expertise, and most importantly Godly character caused the wind of encouragement to inspire me and the vision of God's Property Choir from the very beginning! Her words were soft spoken, but full of wisdom and power! I am eternally grateful that God sent her to help enhance the most impacting ministry of my life! I WILL NEVER FORGET HER! RIH my gracious friend.

I am one of Jarriel's former co-workers and although I didn't know her personally, I know how Jarriel spoke about his family being the guiding force in how he raises his children.

My prayer for your whole family, is for the Lord to draw you close and give you comfort and peace during this time.

Words cannot express what she meant to me and I am sure there are others who feel the same way. Her warm smile was a bright ray of sunshine that God placed in her. A special lady who was authentic and real. I pray the peace of God upon you that only He can provide during this hour. He promised never to leave you and He is faithful to His word.  Just keep lifting your eyes unto the Hills  for you will find all the help you need to carry you through. God bless.

I remember our first gathering of the girls in Austin, Texas at the DoubleTree Hotel. From this gathering we became the "Christian Women On The Move".  Our lives were touched by the creativity of Mother Ann Carter. From this point on we looked forward to traveling across Texas for a refreshing evening of creativity, laughter and tears. It  is blessing to know this LADY, MOTHER DR. ANN CARTER, Ph.D. 
May her good deeds enlighten our path. Thank you Lord for this special LADY.

When I first moved to Dallas and joined Union Hope Missionary Primitive Baptist Church, Mother Carter was one go the first members to introduce herself to me and help set an expectancy as a new member. 
Her Gospel teachings and expectations have been lessons I have incorporated into the individual I am today. 
Her legacy of teaching, leadership, and big smile will be missed.
