Robert Earl Null

Robert Earl Null, 70, passed away after a long illness on November 19, 2014. He was born January 27, 1944 in Kanawha County, WVA to the late Charles and Mildred (Walker) Null. Robert was retired from 31 years with Freightliner; he was a diehard NASCAR and dirt track racing fan, he loved hunting, fishing, bowling and the beach. But most of all he loved spending time with his family especially his two grandsons.

Bob is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Jewel Null of Dallas, son, Robert Earl Null II and wife, Susan of Dallas; two grandsons, Justin and Evan Null.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Juanita McCarter and Barbara Beisel and one brother, Charles Null.

A celebration of Bob’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 22 at Plainview Baptist Church in Dallas. Reverend Mark Hovis will officiate. Burial will follow at Gaston Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
