Anthony Thomas Massaro Jr.

Anthony “Tony” Thomas Massaro, Jr., 75, of Bessemer City, North Carolina, passed away at his home on Wednesday, November 21, 2012. He was born in Trenton, New Jersey and was the son of the late Anthony Thomas Massaro, Sr. and Josephine Proveromo Massaro.

Mr. Massaro was a U. S. Army veteran during the Vietnam War. He retired from Pathmark Grocery Company and then he retired from the City of Willingboro Parks and Recreation Department. He attended Spoken Word Deliverance Ministry, Lowell, North Carolina.

Mr. Massaro is survived by his wife, Geraldine “Geri” Kimchick Massaro; three daughters, Kyra Bucklad and husband Ray of Dallas, North Carolina, Taryn Hartin and husband Coy of Universal City, Texas, Maryann Ackerman and husband Barry of Mt. Laurel, New Jersey; one son, Anthony “Tony” T. Massaro III of Largo, Florida; two brothers, Peter Massaro and wife Chris, Nick Massaro of Trenton, New Jersey; four grandchildren, Raymond Bucklad, Matthew Bucklad of Dallas, North Carolina, Coy Hartin, Manuel Hartin of Texas.

Funeral arrangements will be private and at a later date.
