Mr. Claude Pitre of Dalhousie.
Born in Dalhousie on December 31st, 1964, son of the late Armand Pitre and the late Florence Mallais.
Claude is a proud veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces. He enlisted in his early 20’s and served his country with great pride, having to leave the forces earlier than he wanted, due to medical reasons, he turned all of his efforts to his grandchildren. He did it better than any grampy we know. Anytime you would see Claude if he didn’t have the children with him, he would talk about them over and over again about what each of them have been up to, starting with the oldest. You could see how proud he was, just by the way he would puff his chest, smile and light up when he spoke of them.
He is survived by his two daughters; Kandis of West Kelowna, Jessica of Miramichi, Three
brothers Maurice (Denise) of Grand-falls, Marc (Julie) of Haute- Aboujagane, Danny (Karine) of
Port Perry, and one sister Monique (Michel) of Grand-Falls, six grandchildren; Destinee,
Taylynn, Braidyn, Remi, Jesmae, and Jeneya. Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and so
many friends.
