Paulino Angel Bautista, Jr. passed away peacefully in Roseville, California on June 9, 2014. Memorial services will be held on Friday, June 13 at Gates, Kingsley and Gates Memorial in Culver City, California.
Paul was born September 2, 1933 in Soledad, California to his parents, Paul Sr. and Rose. Paul was a member of Golden Gloves boxing and served in the United States Army during the Korean War as an infantryman, serving in Korea and Japan. He was a resident of Venice, California for over 50 years, working primarily at Revell, Inc. as a warehouse foreman. Paul moved to Roseville in 2001 where he remained for the rest of his life. Paul married Betty Lou Pond on October 4, 1965 who preceded him in death in 2001.
Paul was a loving husband, father/stepfather and grandfather. He is survived by his son Paul III as well as his stepsons Mike, David, Dale and Jack, 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Paul will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery in Culver City, California next to his wife Betty.
