June O Morales

June Button Morales passed away on Aug 17, 2018 at 7:15 p.m. She was the last of all her siblings. June was born in Lakewood, NY. June was the daughter of Hugh Woodworth Button and Leila Gould Button. She was reared and educated in Jamestown, NY., as well as the Lakewood Schools. Upon moving to Los Angeles, June married Gil Morales who preceded her in death. June was an active reader and read a book everyday as well as doing crosswords in the newspaper. June was preceded in death by her sisters Barbara Button Campbell, Donette Button Card of Stow, NY., her sister Ruth Button Lawson and her husband Chub,both lived in Easton,PA., and also her brother Rodger Button and his wife Marge of Sebring, Fla.

June leaves behind her niece Vicki who took care of her for 38 years. Vickie's two kids Brittany 21 and Timothy 18 not only helped take care of June but has called June grandma their whole life as both my parents are deceased. She leaves behind her step daughter Cindy Morales and her step granddaughter Beija Morales She also leaves two nephews Scott Hugh Campbell and Jay Campbell, Barbara's sons and my brothers. She is also leaving her loved and beautiful niece, Sue Card Sleboda and her husband, Roy in Stow, NY. She is also survived by her nephew David Card Of Lakewood. Her nephew, Jeff Lawson and niece Leann of Easton, Pa. Junes two nephews, Vicki's brothers Scott , and his wife Sandy and three kids in Linden,Ind., and Jay and his wife up in Northern,Ill. June is also leaving behind her family and best friend, Nancy Neil of Lakewood as well as her wonderful friends: Bert, Chris, Michael and Kathy, who lived across the street from June for many, many years. You all were a God send.
