Michael Fritzgerald Thompson, 38, of Guntersville passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023. He was born February 24, 1985 in Indiana. Michael loved his family and was an amazing husband, father and the greatest papaw in the world. He was hardworking and did foundry work for 12 years. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Faleisha Thompson; daughters, Veronika (Austin Ely) Torres, Angelica (Aaron) Delagrange and Abigail Torres, all of Huntington, Indiana; granddaughters, Braelyn Morrett, Chloe Morrett, Opal Delagrange and Olive Ely, all of Huntington, Indiana; father, Harvey (Kelly) Thompson of Knox, Indiana; mother, Robin Bailey of Knox, Indiana; brother, Harvey (Jennifer) Thompson Jr. of Grovertown, Indiana; stepbrothers, Tim (Robin) Beagles of Pennsylvania and Kevin (Aubrey) Jancovich of Breman, Indiana; father and mother-in-law, Herbert and Marsha Patrick of Athens and a host of aunts, uncles, other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Alan Bailey; brother, David Gerald Thompson and uncle, Randy Thompson.
