Mr. Wells is survived by his wife: Betty Hunt Wells; sons: Jeffery Eulon (Debra) Wells, Mark Alan (Darla) Wells, Jason Wade (Dana) Wells; and grandchildren: Coree Jade Wells and Houston Wade Wells; sister: Mary Chaffin; brother: Melvin (Nickie) Wells; sister-in-law: Edna Ruth Wells.
Mr. Wells was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Joseph (Betty Lou) Wells, and James Eldred Wells.
Mr. Wells retired from the U.S. Army after serving our country for 24 years. He also fought for our country by serving in two different wars. After his retirement from the U.S. Army, he enjoyed working for many years helping out at the Margret Jean Jones Center (CCCDD-I).
A visitation for Mr. Wells will be held Sunday, July 12, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Moss Service Funeral Home. A celebration of life funeral service will occur at 2:00 PM in the chapel. A burial to follow the service at Cullman City Cemetery.
The family of Mr. Wells would like to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers, and food during this difficult time. They also would like to thank Comfort Care Home Health and Comfort Care Hospice for the care they so graciously gave Mr. Wells during his time in their care.
